Wai’alae Country Club

The Wai’alae Country Club has a rich and extensive history. The Wai’alae Golf Course was opened in 1927. For a few years, this land sported only the beautifully and expertly designed golf course. Then, in 1930, the Wai’alae Country Club was formed and started with a modest on-site facility. Now, many decades later, the club is enlarged to a full space, still stunning as ever. 

We jumped at the opportunity to work on this project to update their fitness offering. A beautiful club deserves an equally beautiful fitness room design, one we were happy to oblige. Just look at that ocean view over the cardio! Imagine running on your treadmill and looking out at the sparkling ocean in the lovely Hawaiian sunshine. And, of course, it doesn’t hurt that you’re on the best treadmill in the game!

Hawaii Golf & Beach Club

Kailua-Kona, Hawaii

This scenic private residential equity club is very exclusive. We are honored that we were able to collaborate on this project and make it just what they were looking for.  We wanted this update to be, as all our projects, high quality, but also stand up to the luxury offering of the whole of the facility. 

After months of collaborative planning, the offering began to come together. We put together detailed 3D renderings and layouts to ensure that when the equipment was installed, it would look and feel just as planned. 

The new spaces feature Precor P82 networked cardio, Air Assault, and Precor selectorized strength. With the P82 consoles, residents can stream services such as Netflix and Hulu.  Escape Fitness HIIT Hubs with Mars screens fashion each of the three spaces. These provide members unmanned digital training that is safe and effective. The group exercise area features a 70 inch Wellbeats system and additional functional accessories. Now, the contemporary and clean look of the new equipment is a simple complement to the stunning views of the club. 

Turtle Bay

Oahu, Hawaii

Voted among the top three resorts in Hawaii, Turtle Bay is a pearl on the Hawaiian island of Oahu. At 858 acres, five miles of which are gorgeous beach, Turtle Bay has an expansive variety of activities and amenities for their guests. Among its existing amenities are a full service spa and salon, golf, two swimming pools, oceanside spa cabana, seven restaurants and bars, and a plethora of guided activities (like helicopter tours, horseback riding, mountain biking, snorkeling, kayaking, and surfing); not to mention the stunning views from every room and window. It’s no wonder this resort was given the title #1 Resort on Oahu!

Needless to say, we were excited to have the opportunity to work with Turtle Bay in outfitting their fitness center.

The 3,500-square-foot fitness space is maxed out with Precor cardio and strength, and TRX equipment. With ocean views and a full schedule of hot hula, Zumba, Pilates, and body sculpting classes, there’s a little something for everyone! Plus, Turtle Bay is now offering BattleFit thanks to certification from our Master Trainer, Mike Reis. Check out the training event here.

This fitness room has probably the best view we’ve ever seen out a fitness center window! If you can tear your eyes away from the tirelessly blue ocean, Precor P82 touch-screen consoles offer a variety of entertainment options; from RunTV, to Netflix, Hulu, Spotify, and more.

Queen Kapiolani

We are delighted to have worked with Queen Kapiolani to ensure that their goals for a new fitness center were met. 

They wanted a cutting edge fitness offering, with the goal to offer the very best fitness space in Waikiki. With those goals and priorities in mind, we designed and installed this fitness center. Precor equipment with customizable P82 Networked Cardio and Queenax were logical choices, allowing for personalized experiences and engagement. Additionally, we created a workable space for functional training. CFE also provided a custom wall graphic that naturally pulls guests to the group movement area. 

The result, then, is this beautiful new space that all guests may now enjoy.

Waikiki Landmark

This beautiful dual-tower luxury condominium complex houses great amenities, including incredible views of the ocean, Waikiki, and the mountains. Not to mention the 3 pools, one of them Olympic sized with a wave design, not found in any condo in Waikiki. Now, a sleek new fitness center has been added to that impressive list.

As we worked with Waikiki Landmark and discerned their goals, we were able to design this appealing space that they are proud to host in their facility. They wanted their fitness center on the ground floor, on display for thousands to see as they are on the busy Kalakaua Avenue. It features the smart and modern Precor P82 networked cardio, Precor strength equipment, Queenax One Functional unit, double filtered cold and hot water system, shower, and LED lighting with a custom Bose sound system. Members love this new addition to the facility. 

Honolulu Elks Lodge

Honolulu, Hawaii

The Elks Lodge 616 in Honolulu is one of 2000 lodges in communities all over the country. CFE was privileged to be the supplier of fitness equipment for their fitness remodel. Our team worked closely with their fitness committee to design a welcoming, attractive space while being conscious of the need to say within budget. The room is now complete with Precor 700 Series Cardio along with Vitality Strength, Prism Racks, and TAG Free Weights.  

Elks Lodge 616 brings more to the community than just a pretty building, club, or pool.  It is a place where neighbors come together, families share meals, and children grow up. Members enjoy a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean and can rent space for their canoes and surfboards.
